The Messiah is Coming

This session explores the Advent season primarily through the creation of a Jesse Tree: the Scriptures, the symbols, and the promises of what the Messiah would bring to the world. All of which help us prepare for Christmas and the celebration of the birth of Jesus. As we reflect on the miracle of Jesus’ birth and the patient waiting of the people of Israel for this great event, we discover specific actions we can take to be ready to welcome Jesus into our hearts on Christmas Day.
